Carlos A. McCain, QKA ADM, CFF A leader and business strategist with proven expertise in new business generation and consulting. A vast 24-year business experience anchors his success in business analytics and consulting, new business development, business Cost Reduction Strategies (CRS), client relationship management, corporate client brand and marketing development. Carlos was selected as the 2016 Strathmore Businessman of the Year in Finance.
He brings 16 years of experience in Corporate Retirement Plan Consulting and Sales for Citigroup and ING(VOYA), two of the largest Defined Contribution retirement plan providers in the country. 15 years’ experience as Citigroup’s Vice President and Regional Sales Director, He has provided direct client sales presentations and Retirement Plan Design consulting for Financial Advisors of Smith Barney/ Morgan Stanley, UBS, Wells Fargo/Wachovia Securities, CitiBank, RBC Bank, Raymond James, Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firms, Primerica Financial and various Health/P&C Agencies and their clients. His business client consulting expertise and sales support during this period resulted in 550+ new corporate clients and the administration of $570+ million in new corporate retirement plan assets for the firm.

He began his career working for Top 5 accounting firm Price Waterhouse/Coopers & Lybrand (Parsippany, New Jersey) as the 401(k) Specialist of large client accounts SunTrust Bank, Bank of America and Key Bank. Prior to Joining E8 Capital (A Venture Capital and Private Equity firm), He was a Financial Advisor and Wealth Manager for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He was the designated Retirement Specialist on a team collectively managing $710+ million in Assets Under Management (AUM).
He successfully obtained a double major and double minor from the University of Richmond in Virginia where he was a 2 sport Division I athlete. Additionally, he has successfully obtained industry licenses Series 6, Series 63, State Life Health, & Variable Annuity (2-15), Health 2-40 license, QKA designation from the American Society of Pension Plan Administrators (A.S.P.P.A.), as well as several other industry certifications. He is beginning studies for his Business Analytics certification from Harvard University in August.
