Shimon Cobb CEO of MoneyTalks Tax Service has been in the tax preperation field for over 20 years. Shimon is also the co CEO of the urban clothing line PaperMill Clothing. Shimon has been designing and creating since being able to pick up a pencil which has led to a long career as a freelance graphic artist where he has worked with companies such as the Florida Sentinel Bulletin and was instrumental in helping to create the Newspaper N-Touch News to introduce Tampa to its first BLACK full color Newspaper. As Marketing Director his goal is to create a marketing plan not only for Project A.N.D. but each individual company within Project A.N.D. that needs his services.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Freehand, Adobe Illustrator, Webpage Maker, Adobe Muse. Graduated from Manhattan School of Beauty also a Graduate of Tampa Technical Institute for Graphic Arts.
